This has been a tough year. I’ve had a lot of changes going on. I just returned to school last week, starting a two-year program to become a paramedic. I do have a small stack of CDs to process and get added to the stations. I’ll work on that as I’m able. The websites have been down for a few months, but I think on my new web host they will be in good shape. Best wishes to everyone! Mike

Today Nov 22 around 8pm I heard a latin/mambo version of Auld Lang Syne which I liked very much, who’s the artist so I can buy it? That was the Airmen of Note, singing “Auld Lang Cha Cha Cha” from their “Cool Yule” CD.

The most beautiful, lush Christmas album ever–John Tesh’s “A Romantic Christmas.” How about something from it? Thanks so much! 🙂 OK, will do. I’m adding that CD to the instrumental station playlist right now.
Do you play any Christmas music other than Lorrie Morgan? She is good, but I like variety. It seems like every other song is Lorrie. I am slowly adding new music to the Country station. There are currently 187 tracks on the station’s playlist, for over 10 hours worth of music. I’m planning to do a massive increase to the station’s playlist in 2011.
Don’t consider this a shout, but I really don’t like the soulful style of Fred Hammond’s “Go Tell it on the Mountain.” I’m not a soul fan. Thanks for letting me know about your thoughts. Hopefully you didn’t tune out when that song plays. I’m hoping to expand the CCM station with a lot more music in 2011. I was wondering earlier this year if I could start a Gospel/Soul Christmas station, but I didn’t have enough music to make it possible.

I LOVE your stations, Mike. We start playing them around Nov1! Are there any stations which you DJ? Thanks for working so hard! I used to be a DJ at a country station in Blacksburg, Virginia (WKEX-AM); and before that the college station at Virginia Tech (WUVT-AM and FM) .
